‘Toxic’ and ‘Routine Antisemitism’ riddles Newham Momentum and Newham Labour

This is a theme to which Cllr Garfield has repeatedly returned. We’d like to say that he’s exaggerating. We’d like to say that he’s being too sensitive. We’d like to say that since Keir Starmer was elected, things have changed.

But in Newham they haven’t and we can’t.
