All of the photos above were taken prior to the start of the bin workers’ strike. All of them are within 250 metres of one another.

It is indicative of the way in which the regular work of the council, the sort of stuff that people depend on, has been neglected by the current regime.

It's fine to make pronouncements; to virtue signal at someone else’s expense; to extol the (invisible, but) “Herculean” efforts of your senior staff.

But residents are left with this crap all around them.

This isn’t where anti-social residents have gone out and dumped rubbish. This is where residents have done what they were asked to do. They have used the bins provided. And the council has let them down.
