It’s Okay. Newham is Not the Most Miserable Place to Live.

Time Out recently cast its eyes over a Rightmove survey involving 35,000 respondents, who ranked the places in which they lived according to “15 happiness factors, including things like sense of community, access to green spaces, employment opportunities, cultural activities and access to amenities like good schools and doctors”.

This is what they found.

Yet again, Newham and Croydon seem to be chasing each other to the bottom. Out of 220 places nationally, Newham came in at 213th.
