Spot the Difference

We published this article at the beginning of March. It seemed to be an issue of some importance, and we discuss the underlying problem in more depth in the article, ‘Something Rotten at the Heart of Labour’. 

About a week after publication we learned that Mr Desai had had the suspension suddenly lifted and that all “enquiries” were seemingly at an end. This was confirmed when the City Hall Labour Group readmitted Desai into the Labour Group.

We cannot unequivocally claim the credit for this, it might have happened anyway, but the timing makes us slightly suspicious.
