What Do John Berkow and Rokhsana Fiaz Have in Common?

Well, actually, not very much.

Of course, both have been accused of bullying.

In Berkow’s case it was by former members of his staff over incidents a decade ago. In the case of Fiaz it is current and she has been accused by her Labour colleagues, and according to the GMB, she oversees an “institutional bullying” culture and then there are the 63 senior staff signed off with gagging clauses. But that is where the similarity ends.

Berkow was subject to an inquiry in Parliament and sanctioned and has been suspended from the Labour Party.

Fiaz hasn’t.

You could be forgiven for thinking that the Labour Party didn’t want to find anything. But we hear that money has been flooding into the legal challenge support fund so anything may happen.
