It Seems that the Mayor has Begun to Build

Plans have been shared for a new housing development in Manor Park. It looks like the Mayor has had a chance to start fulfilling her promise of building 1000 council homes. If there are to be 300 homes in this development, that will certainly go some way towards her meeting her promise.

There are two problems. Firstly, they won’t be built before May 2022. This does make it a little more difficult to add them to the total of her successes.

Secondly, in order to get anywhere near the total she promised, she will have to rely upon those agreed and started by the Wales’ regime, which does rather give the lie to her promises of achievement.
